VIP LOUNGE MEMBERSHIP CARDS

Terms & Conditions:

1. By using or enrolling in the Program, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions

2. It is the applicant’s responsibility to ensure that all information submitted is true and accurate.

3. Subscriptions are non-refundable but do not expire with the exception of the “unlimited departure only membership.
     3.1. The “unlimited departure only membership card” has a 12-month expiry from the date of purchase
     3.2. Cancellations are not accepted after the order has been placed and confirmed.
     3.3. All advertising is subject to the Customer’s approval and agreement to indemnify and protect VIP     
     Attractions from, and against, any claims, loss, liability or expense, including reasonable attorney’s fees arising
     out of the VIP membership program.
     3.4 The "unlimited departure membership card" can ONLY be used by the card holder and allows 1 guest
     free per visit. Card holder must be travelling to utilize the card benefits.


4. This form constitutes all the terms of the contract and no agent, employee or other representative of the company has any right to change the terms.

5. This contract shall be governed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica and you hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jamaica.

6. Fair Usage : Whilst VIP Attractions may offer membership to include “unlimited subscription” for some services, “unlimited” should not be construed to mean “any”. The services are NOT designed or intended for unreasonable use such as:                           
     6.1.   Commercial use, i.e.. Re-sale of services                                                                                                                   
     6.2. Business purposes i.e.. Promotions                                                                                                                           
     6.3. Unreasonable use is deemed an abuse and, in some instances, fraudulent use. 
     6.4. This fair usage policy is meant to protect the available lounge resources capable of delivering a service for
     those who mean to use it as it is intended. In the context of unlimited subscriptions, the services are there to be
     used by all members of the program. However, those who abuse it to the extent that it affects the ability of
     other’s use of the services, are in breach of fair usage and provisions of the policy would come into effect to
     restrict such users.                                                                                                                                                                             
7.VIP Attractions reserves the right at any time at its absolute discretion and without prior notice to cancel a series of tickets or membership to VIP Attractions.
     7.1. When applicable a proportional refund of the annual fee/ enrolment fee (whichever was applicable at the
     joining stage) will be made provided revocation has been made because of fraud by the ticket holder/ card
     holder or any joint ticket holder/ card holders.

8. VIP Attractions will ensure your privacy and security of all personal information collected including, but not limited to, name, address, email address or telephone number will remain confidential and safeguarded in accordance under the Data Protection act of Jamaica.

9. By signing this order, you confirm that you have full authority to enter into this contract, which is binding, upon yourself / company.
