Jamaica Tourist Board and Ensemble launch specialist certification program for US and Canadian travel advisors

The Jamaica Tourist Board and travel advisor consortium Ensemble have launched a specialist certification program, exclusive to Ensemble advisors.

The program is designed to boost luxury tourism in Jamaica by showcasing premier resorts and services.

Ensemble clients are met directly at the aircraft, assisted through the airport, and escorted to either Club Mobay or Club Kingston lounges.

In addition to the VIP treatment, the program features five luxury resorts: Round Hill, Half Moon, Jamaica Inn, The Tryall Club, and Trident Hotel, along with Visit Jamaica Villages.

The partnership also extends to top destination management companies Island Routes and Chukka Adventures.

Jamaica Tourist Board's Regional Director of Canada Angella Bennett expressed, "This exclusive program enables travel advisors to access immersive training sessions developed by Jamaica’s premiere luxury suppliers and VIP services."

The specialist certification program offers unique advantages, allowing advisors to cater to a niche market of luxury travelers.

They can also gain visibility by being featured on the Ensemble-exclusive 'Come Back to Luxurious' site.

Top booking advisors receive monthly cash rewards, and invitations to exclusive luxury familiarization trips are extended to program participants.

"We've seen tremendous interest from our members," notes Senior Director of Training and Development for Ensemble Jenn Kotacka.

"As more advisors complete the program, bookings will increase."
