First, let me say that it made for an amazing arrival experience to be greeted and then escorted past the REALLY long line to have forms checked and then for those waiting to clear immigration. We waited only about 20 minutes, and even then one of your employees came by to check to see how long we were waiting and when our guide told her 15 minutes she said that was unacceptable, and next thing I know she had another person at the booth and we were whisked right through. Our guide helped us with our bags, and took us to check in at Sandals and then found a table for all 8 of us to sit and relax for a bit. It was nice for some of us to have a restroom where we could change from our winter clothes to summer clothes. The service in the arrival lounge was impeccable! We were well waited on, drinks refreshed immediately and food was delicious. It was an amazing start to our vacation. Really made me look good to my group! Come to find out that the line for immigration was so long that those without the arrival service were taking about an hour and half or longer to clear immigration. By that time we were at the resort :-) The departure service once again exceeded my expectations. Once again I have never seen the airport so crowded and so chaotic. The line to clear security seriously stretched back as far as I could see. There was no waiting at the security line for Club MoBay so once again it was so nice to be at the front of the line, and taken directly to an open scanner. We were through security in a matter of minutes, while others waited close to an hour. We had time to go to the lounge and have a couple of drinks and enjoy some great food, then we headed out to do some shopping and saw the people that were in line with us at the airline check-in coming up the escalators. They had been waiting for security that whole time! Oh and wanted to tell you once again the service in the departure lounge was terrific! The new food selections were amazing and I sure looked like a hero to my customers in my group! Keep up the good work, and I will defiantly be selling arrival and departure service to my clients as it is a must do!

Club Mobay made my airport experience most pleasurable, I felt like a true VIP, my experience put my Son’s worry and concerns to rest (being that I was travelling alone). The remarkable ladies and gentlemen offered extra special care and attention to me. There was nothing I wanted that they didn’t deliver on. I received wheelchair assistance from my airline and was very pleased to see that even the lounge was configured to receive me (wheelchair accessible stalls in restroom, wide doorways, an elevator and comfortable seats to relax in). I know that my son was very worried about me traveling alone, but that too faded quickly when I was greeted by warm smiles at the Club Mobay Desk after my airline check in…I am forever grateful I received personalized expedited service through Immigration and Security as opposed to waiting in line; this afforded me the opportunity to enjoy the serene atmosphere, hot beverages and delectable snacks at the lounge.They even made boarding announcements and someone assisted me with my carryon. The whole experience was a hassle free and a true delight…I will do this again.

To all the staff at Club Mo Bay- Thanks so much for your assistance in helping my daughter and her friend(who are 13) get through customs and immigration. The VIP service was amazing and took all the worry away(from me and for the kids!). The immigration forms changed the day they arrived so it was great for them to have help filling them out and have them quickly taken though to avoid a lot of waiting for them and for myself. Since I was already in Jamaica (and unable to re-enter the airport), the girls flew alone, so I wanted to make sure they were supervised until they were safely in my hands. I will definitely use and recommend this service for any of my clients who are traveling. My time is very valuable to me which is why I am so loyal to Club Mo Bay and Club Kingston. This was our second time using Club Mobay, and again it was well worth it! My family and I arrived on Air Canada Rouge about 2PM, a very busy time of day in Montego Bay. As soon as we exited the aircraft and reached the bottom of the ramp we met a huge line up, and thankfully also our Club Mobay rep holding a sign with our name on it. She navigated us past the hundreds of people in the customs line, to a separate line just for Club Mobay passengers. There were about 20 people ahead of us, we were in line for 5-10 minutes. The regular line was taking people upwards of two hours. This was quite helpful especially since we were travelling with our young son. Once we were processed through customs our rep helped us get our luggage, and then took us to the Club Mobay arrivals lounge. The whole process from aircraft to lounge took us less than 20 minutes. She seated us in the lounge where we were served drinks; there were finger foods and a nice, clean washroom. While we ate and drank she went and found our airport transfer rep for us, and then when we were ready she brought us out to him. We were out of the airport and on our way to Ocho Rios in ¼ of the time that we would have been in the customs line, not to mention we were fed and refreshed (and had rum punch to go haha)!! On our return we checked in with our airline, and then proceeded to the Club Mobay fast track line through security. Again, we bypassed a large line up (not 2 hours, but certainly 15-20 minutes). We did a little shopping, and then spent 1½ hours in the Club Mobay departures lounge. It’s a great location, right by the gates so you can stay there until it’s time to board. There’s an open bar, as well as great coffee and non-alcoholic drinks. The food selection includes Jamaican patties, sandwiches, soup, sushi, fruit, yogurt, and lots of snacks. If you are travelling with small children there’s a lounge that offers a playroom which is soundproof and windowed with tables and chairs right outside (if not there’s an adults only lounge). We were able to sit down and relax while our 3 year old played. There are also excellent washroom/shower facilities, and a mini spa ($$$) if you are interested. A fantastic service, even more so if you are traveling with children!

No special arrangements had to be made for them to alert you if your flight was boarding, this was done for all flights and all travelers. Club Mobay made sitting in the airport for two hours more than bearable...it is always relaxing before the journey home to reality. If you want to end your trip to begin and end on a positive note, you MUST experience Club Mobay!

"We heard about Club Mobay from family who had a great experience so we thought we would give it a try on our first trip to Jamaica...we will never take another trip there without using this service.
Upon arrival to the airport we were greeted by a Club Mobay employee and she walked us through the airport and we were able to bypass the (extremely long) line for immigration/customs and were in our own (very short) line for Club Mobay users. They picked up our bags from baggage claim and walked us to our Sandals lounge before we left for our resort. Total time from when we walked into the airport to when we got to the Sandals lounge was probably only 15 minutes.
We thought getting through the airport upon arrival that quickly would be the best part, but when we were leaving to come home we were just as impressed with their service. We weren't able to skip the long lines checking in our bags, but once that was taken care of we walked straight through to a Club Mobay security line, again bypassing an extremely long line, and were able to relax and have something to eat and drink before boarding our plane home.
All of the Club Mobay employees were kind and helpful and I couldn't recommend this service highly enough. I will never go to Jamaica without it now."

We had been to the Mobay Club a year ago and had a great experience when it was just my husband and I travelling. But this year with having 12 people and being my 50th birthday, your team outdid themselves. From the signs, banners, champagne, birthday cake and happy birthday song sung by a member of your team that has a truly angelic voice to the Bob Marley shooters to all the snacks and drinks we needed for the plane, the Mobay Club was fantastic. Not to mention the private room for all of us. I love when they ask me why do I need to spend $80 to go through customs and immigration? I explain that not only does the service gives you back HOURS of your vacation that you would have wasted standing in line, they provide delicious snacks, beverages (including a full bar), wifi, televisions, comfortable seating, good air conditioned surroundings, personalized service, and even showers! As if that isn't enough, they will have access to an airport spa they can purchase a service from!
Partnering with Club Mobay has been great for my business and my client's experiences! I love that when I have a group, I can send in all of their flight detail, pre-arrange their club access, and their groups department can be ready for my group when they get there! It is very comforting knowing they will be in good hands with my CM partners! The extra touches they do for my groups always are a winning combination for me and the clients! Who would ever want to sit in the general airport area (it is hot, crowded, loud, sometimes the gates are so crowded that there aren't seats available, and it is expensive to get food and beverage) when you could be escorted past the lines, taken to a private lounge, sitting in an air conditioned environment and enjoying the amenities and niceties as I have stated before?

Club Mobay made my son Liam’s airport experience, pleasurable and memorable. As a parent nothing is more important to me than peace of mind - knowing my child is comfortable, safe and, happy. They made travel easy, the experience put any concerns I had to rest (he was traveling alone at 15 with a broken leg). The VIP team offered Liam extra special care and attention from the time we met the first rep in the airport security line until saying goodbye as he headed to board the plane. He was waited on, and looked after with care, every minute of his stay. The lounge boasts a tasty menu of snacks, finger foods, and beverages that he enjoyed along with timely flight announcements and boarding calls, as well as friendly and attentive staff. Club Mobay definitely ensured the well-being of my son. He had access to Wi-Fi to browse the internet, watched cable tv and was able to relax in a tastefully appointed setting while waiting for his flight. When his flight was called, he was escorted to the gate by a Club Mobay Rep, avoiding the long lines waiting. All in all Club Mobay offers a fantastic experience with high levels of service and excellent staff. I highly recommend this service to any of my friends/family who are travelling.

I just wanted to take the time to thank every member of staff at Club Mobay who made the recent trip I took with my young son Ethan, so easy and seamless. As a Tour Operator/ Group Planner, my clients’ satisfaction is my #1 priority. The Sumpter Group (Freakie Friends) have been travelling together to Jamaica for years. Last year, October 2014, the group was ready for another island vacation, but they were all dreading the extend wait going through immigration. I thought that I could do something to enhance their vacation experience; I know from experience that Club Mobay is a wonderful product, so I decided to try the new Groups Program.
The group had a raving review… they went on and on about how nice the staff were and how quick and easy they went through immigration and customs. They loved the complimentary Champaign (exclusively for my group), Red Stripe Beer and the famous rum punch, all in all their arrival was a breeze. And if that was enough the departure experience was “a knock out the park”. The VIP Group Coordinator prearranged their Departure passes so after they were through with Airline check-in, they just walked over to the Fast Track. They shared that outgoing security was easy and then they were off to the Lounge. The Wi-Fi, open bar, unlimited refreshments and once again the staff made a lasting impression. They also loved that the Lounge was strategically located just below the ‘duty free’ mall to do a little shopping.
Not only were my clients pleased with the service, but booking with Club Mobay was easy. They have a dedicated professional working with me to ensure that all the I’s were dotted and all the T’s were crossed. The group was blown away by the Club Mobay experience, both on arrival and departure. So pleased, that they have already confirmed their October 2015 trip from July 2015.

Club Mobay was an Awesome experience for our group! At first, we were hesitant to book the arrival service as we felt it was not needed; however, after much consideration, we decided to go with both arrival and departure. IT WAS WORTH EVERY PENNY!! After disembarking the plane, we were met by our VIP Escorts holding paddles with our group name, already we felt like VIPs. Most of us were traveling for the first time and having someone to verify our documents was a relief. The expedited service through Immigration and Customs saved us at least 2 hours of wait time. Our VIP Escorts were very engaging and knowledgeable; we got tips about the island and things to do that would further enhance our experience. Once by the Arrival Lounge, we were greeted by more friendly faces, it was totally relaxing. The food was sufficient and the drinks offered certainly helped to jump start our group's vacation. As they say, "Everything Irie Mon!" Whilst we waited for our ground transfers to the resort, we were able to utilize the free wifi to check emails and contact home to let family and friends know we arrived okay. The service was PHENOMENAL all the way! Upon departure, after being spoiled when we arrived on island, we again were expedited through security. The Departure Lounge was more than we expected. It had changing rooms as well as a Spa (service was affordable). Having a reserved area for our group was a nice touch and the team did everything possible to make our last memories extraordinary. More food, more drinks and more comfort! We will certainly be using Club Mobay for our next group vacation!"

Having that 8 hour delay yesterday on AA....was unpleasant, WITHOUT CLUB MOBAY...IT WOULD HAVE BEEN A DISASTER! Weakened by chemo, did not help...but your staff...YOUR TEAM WAS AWESOME...Sending you a photo...they kept the lounge clean, fresh, offering services...can I get you something? ..may I help? Rashauna...oh hope I spelled her name correctly..she was extra attentive..
I needed a wheel chair just to cover the distance from the gates. There is great potential in her...she is observant...with a heart, ALWAYS Busy, sweeping, wiping tables, removing plates, glasses....DOING HER JOB! Her supervisor, I apologize, tall young man, also constantly doing his job.. Very professional, polite...quick to protect the Lounge...very busy due to delays.
America airlines mentioned to me ...that they work well with CLUB MOBAY ....don’t know if you are due some remuneration for passengers. Cannot wait to return for wonderful family vacation!
