Bookings can be made through our website using your Travel Agency Partner Code or Affiliate link or preferred Tour Operator.
You may also email us at reservations@vipattractions.com, call our Customer Service Team on 1-876-619-1565, 1-876-381-0299, 1-876-618-3651-2, 1-954-837-6290 (USA/Canada), via Skype: vipattractions.reservations or our Online Chat between the hours of 7 AM and 7 PM Monday Fridays; except on weekends and public holidays, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. N.B. All amendments must be communicated with VIP Attractions at least 48 hours prior to previously scheduled travel with URGENT in the subject field.As far in advance of flight confirmation which is the most critical information required to complete a booking.
We require a minimum of 48 hours prior to travel for the arrival and bundle services, and at least 24 hours prior travel for departure only service.For bookings made online or made directly with our reservations department, your voucher (confirmation letter) will be sent to you via email on completion of booking.
The voucher (letter) will be attached to the email in a PDF format which you must print and bring with you to the airport for validation against services received.You can now amend bookings via the embedded link located in the confirmation letters. You may also send us an email to reservations@vipattractions.com, call our Customer Service Team on 1-876-619-1565, via Skype 1-954-837-6290 or our Online Chat between the hours of 7 AM to 7 PM Monday to Friday; except on weekends and public holidays, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. *Cancellation received 7 days prior travel is entitled to a refund less any applicable administrative fees
*Commission claimed would not be valid for refunded bookings *Cancellation requests will only be confirmed when a cancellation order has been sent to the relevant reservations email address and an acknowledgement email from reservations department has been received from VIP Attractions *If you have not received an acknowledgement email from the reservations department within 24 hours please resubmit the cancellation order. Credit notes will only be issued on confirmed cancellations. Commission payments are made quarterly for all bookings. Payment is sent via cheque or wire transfer. You are also able to receive commission instantly by charging the net rate using your companys credit card and charging the client the full rate. We have partnered with several lounge card entities whereby on departures membership card holders are entitled to fast track, lounge access and amenities, this, however, is based on space availability. On arrival to Sangsters International and the Norman Manley International Airport, Priority Pass cardholders may use their membership card to gain access to our Arrivals Lounge ONLY.
Priority Pass membership card holders are now able to book our departure services in advance see http://www.vipattractions.com/page/access-and-membershipWe give complimentary access to all official JTB FAM groups for Departure Service. However, should you have another FAM group outside of this, we are happy to accommodate based on availability.
A partner code is used to book our service on behalf of the client through our website. He/she is given the option to pay at the net rate using their company card or pay in full using the client's card.
An affiliate link is used by the client to book through the agent's website. Essentially, the link will direct the client to the VIP Attractions booking screen to complete the reservation. We are able to track all bookings coming through our partner's website.The registration process is completed online. The tour operator is responsible for paying commission for bookings made through their system.
Travel agent partners are able to access a special discounted rate for themselves and their companions. For further information you may also send us an email to sales.team@vipattractions.com. Please note this is extended based on availability especially during peak travel times.

The arrivals lounge is one component of our Meet and Greet service which allows our guests to 'exhale' after a long flight. Our personalized Meet and Greet service commences from the passengers disembarking the plane where they will be met by a dedicated professional, assisted with airport forms, receive fast track access through Immigration and Customs in addition to being assisted with luggage retrieval. This expedited service allows each passenger to maximize their time spent in paradise. While waiting for their transfer, guests can utilize our Club Mobay arrival lounge where they can RELAX in comfort and true Jamaican hospitality; CONNECT with complimentary Wi-Fi or DISCOVER the wonders of Jamaica through our culturally-inspired snacks, music, local periodicals, arts and craft.Please be advised that Ground Transportation is not provided by Club Mobay.

The tickets are valid for the original booked travel date per the flight itinerary.
If the flight was rescheduled and the lounge ticket was not used on the original day and date of intent, the lounge access is based on availability. ORTickets are valid for admission for the booked travel date and flight itinerary. Should there be a flight reschedule and the lounge ticket was not used on the original day and date of intent, lounge access will be granted but will be based on space availability. There will be no re-admittance once the ticket has been used.As a courtesy and show of appreciation for our clients' patronage, dependent on space availability and the length of the delay, a time extension might be honored with the understanding that confirmed passengers with designated seat allotments are NOT impacted.
We welcome service animals and emotional support animals.
To ensure the comfort and safety of all of our guests, we ask that you please follow our policies for traveling with animals. Guidelines for Service & Emotional Support Animals: Service and emotional support animals are welcome in Lounges as long as they remain in their carriers and with their owners at all times. Service and emotional support animals are not permitted on furniture. Likewise, we ask that owners do not bring their animals into food service areas, buffet lines, Bars and other areas where food or drinks are being served, prepared or consumed. We also may request that you sit in a designated area appointed by us with your service and/or emotional support animal- Please note that while service and emotional support animals are welcome, there are no facilities or designated animal relief areas in the airport when travelling or using our facilities- Service and emotional support animals must be clean, well-behaved, and under their owners control at all times. Service and emotional support animals that bark, growl repeatedly, bite, become aggressive or otherwise exhibit disruptive behavior will be removed from the lounge. We reserve the right to ask owners to remove animals from the lounge at our discretion.As Jamaica moves to become more environmentally friendly, our landing process is now paperless so you can easily complete your immigration and customs forms online to facilitate your entry into the island.
