This expedited service allows each passenger to maximize their time spent in paradise. Due to strict Federal Aviation Administration policies and guidelines, only designated airport officials are permitted to handle checked bags. From a customer service standpoint, Club Mobay/Kingston Agents are able to assist with the retrieval of our clients bags upon arrival to the island. It is the ultimate responsibility of the guests to monitor their bags at all times, including checking them in with the airlines upon island departure.

At present we do not offer a nanny service. However, we are currently exploring additional options that will offer our little VIP's specialized services within our lounges.

Currently, Club Kingston has 1 arrival lounge while Club Mobay has 2 arrival lounges.

Club Kingston has one departure lounge and Club Mobay has one main departure lounge which is divided into five sub-lounge spaces (Sky Lounge, Lignum Vitae, Blue Mahoe Family Lounge, Doctor Bird and Xaymaca).

The maximum duration permitted within the departure lounge is 90 minutes. In the event of a delayed flight, extended stay in lounge is subject to availability.

The tickets are valid for the original booked travel date per the flight itinerary. If the flight was rescheduled and the lounge ticket was not used on the original day and date of intent, the lounge access is based on availability.

As a courtesy of appreciation for our clients patronage, dependent on space availability and the length of the delay, a time extension might be honored with the understanding that confirmed passengers with designated seat allotments are NOT impacted.
