You may cancel your booking at any time. Please advise us if you are unable to retain your booking as soon as possible to avoid any charges. We accept cancellations by phone or email by advising Customer Support at 1-876-619-1565 or email customercare@vipattractions.com to discuss your options. The following changes may be permitted, according to their availability: date, time, flight number and contact details. Please refer to the cancellation terms stated below, depending on the nature of your booking.

Individual / Online Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation received more than 48 hours prior travel is entitled to a refund less any applicable administrative fees

Distributor / Partner Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation received 7 days prior travel is entitled to a refund less any applicable administrative fees
• Commission claimed would not be valid for refunded bookings
• Cancellation requests will only be confirmed when a cancellation order has been sent to the relevant reservations email address and an acknowledgement email from reservations department has been received from VIP Attractions

• If you have not received an acknowledgement email from the reservations department within 24 hours please resubmit the cancellation order. Credit notes will only be issued on confirmed cancellations.

Group Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations received 7 days prior to scheduled departure of initial passenger are entitled to 100% refund of the contracted amount less applicable administration fees.

A Cancellation penalty may not apply in case of Force Majeure, which is defined also as Act of God. A party is not liable for failure to perform the party's obligations If such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (regardless of whether war is declared), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labour dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service. No party is entitled to terminate this Agreement in case of Force Majeure
